1.Purchase

Once you have found your favorite product in the store,Add to cartbutton to add it to your shopping cart.

You cannot purchase "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the shopping cart at the same time. Also, even if they are "pre-order items", they cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.
Please check the contents of your shopping cart and click the "Proceed to Purchase" (checkout) button to proceed to the order information registration.
*Shipping charges are not included in the price in the shopping cart.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed after you register your shipping address.
*The number of products is limited and will be discontinued while supplies last.
*Permits, regulations, and customs rules regarding product purchases vary by country/region. Please be sure to check by yourself before purchasing. Please note that cancellations due to these reasons will not be accepted.
DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, video games, and some DVD-Audio products are region-coded according to the region in which they are sold. The region code is set on both the player and the software, and the software cannot be played unless both of them have the same code. Please check the type of player you have and the type of DVD or Blu-ray Disc you are purchasing below before purchasing the product. In Japan, the region code is set to 2 for DVDs and A for Blu-ray discs.

2.Order Information Registration

Please enter your order information (name, address, and contact information) necessary for product shipment.
For shipments outside of Japan, please be sure to register your information using one-byte alphanumeric characters. If the information is not in half-width alphanumeric characters, we may not be able to ship your order.
We will send you an "Order Completion E-mail" and "Payment Completion E-mail" to the e-mail address you entered, so please make sure that "shop.da-ice.jp" and "support-user.com" are set to receive your e-mail. Please contact your cell phone company or the manufacturer of your email software for more information about the details of your contract and how to set up your email settings.

3.Shipping Method Selection

Ordered items will be shipped directly from Japan to the customer. Available shipping services and rates will be displayed based on the items in your cart and your registered shipping address. For shipments within Japan, Yamato Transport will be used, and Express Courier (Air) DHL will be used for shipments to countries and regions outside of Japan.
*Please check the scheduled shipping start date on the detail page of each product at the time of purchase.
Some products may not be able to be shipped to certain countries and regions. In such cases, we will notify you on the shipping method selection screen based on your registered address after you register your order information. In addition, if delivery is difficult due to shipping carriers or other reasons, including global conditions, there is a possibility that your order may be cancelled even after you have placed your order.

4.Payment

You can choose from several payment methods in this SHOP.
For domestic delivery in Japan:
Credit card (VISA, Master, AMEX, JCB), PayPal, convenience store payment, PayPay, LINE Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay
For deliveries to countries and regions other than Japan:
Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal and many others
*Payment methods vary depending on the destination country.
Please inquire with your credit card company or payment service regarding the time of debit.
If you wish to register a billing address different from your delivery address, you can do so.
You can register your payment information on our website. Once registered, you will not need to register your information again the next time you place an order.

Convenience store payment procedure (Japan only)

The purple button is for [Shop Pay], the yellow button is for [PayPal], and the black button is for [Google Pay]. Please do not tap this button if you want to pay by convenience store payment.

Ⅱ. Enter shipping address information

There is a button at the top of this page for Express payment only. Please do not tap this button if you wish to pay by convenience store payment.

III. Go to Shipping Method Selection

Domestic shipping is automatically checked, so please tap the Next button.

IV. Proceed to the selection of payment method

Please select "Convenience store payment".

5.Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we basically cannot accept returns or cancellations at the customer's convenience after an order has been placed. Only in the case of initial defects or damage to the product, we will exchange the product for a new product if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will bear the return shipping costs for initial defects or damage.

In addition, we do not offer reshipment in the event that an order is returned due to the customer's relocation, missing delivery address due to an address entry error, long-term absence, or non-payment of duties and taxes, including customs duties and other taxes. Orders will be cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Use.
Shipping (including customs duties and other taxes), handling charges, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the amount and refunded to the payment method used. We will inform you of the refund details by e-mail at the time of order cancellation.

The sizes listed are basically measurements on a flat surface and may vary slightly.
Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the color, texture, etc. may appear different from the actual product.
