Please understand that we basically cannot accept returns or cancellations for the convenience of the customer after an order has been placed.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
We will exchange the product for a new product if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product only if the product is initially defective or damaged. We will pay for the return shipping costs due to initial defects or damage. Please note that we will not be able to replace any product that arrives after one month from the date of notification by our customer support. If the delivery address is unknown due to the customer's change of address, long-term absence, refusal to receive the order, or non-payment of delivery charges, taxes, customs fees, handling charges, or other fees, the order will be cancelled.
